- Receiving & Unboxing: We receive shipments at our staging facility or directly at your data center, carefully unboxing and inspecting every item against packing slips and purchase orders to verify completeness and condition.
- Asset Tagging & Labeling: Every device receives a unique asset tag and is labeled with serial numbers, model information, and your internal naming conventions — creating a consistent identification system across your entire inventory.
- Inventory Tracking Systems: We maintain detailed inventory records in spreadsheet or database format, tracking device type, serial number, location, status, and assignment — providing real-time visibility into your asset portfolio.
- RMA Management: When hardware fails, we coordinate the entire Return Merchandise Authorization process — from opening the case with the manufacturer through packaging, shipping, receiving the replacement, and updating your inventory records.
- Inventory Audits & Reconciliation: We perform periodic physical inventory audits, comparing on-hand assets against your records to identify discrepancies, locate missing equipment, and maintain accurate asset databases.
- Shipment Coordination: We coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, vendors, and facility receiving docks — managing delivery windows, tracking numbers, and proof of delivery documentation.
- Secure Storage & Staging: Equipment awaiting deployment is stored securely at our staging facility with controlled access, climate management, and insurance coverage — protecting your investment until it’s ready for installation.
- Lifecycle Reporting: We provide regular inventory reports documenting asset counts, locations, warranty status, and disposition — supporting budgeting, capacity planning, and compliance requirements.
