Hardware Independent Testing — Connected Vehicle Technology

Conducted independent hardware stress and compliance testing for a connected vehicle technology program at our facility in the Northern Virginia area. The project required building a dedicated test environment with controlled network conditions to evaluate hardware performance under sustained load.

Our team configured the test lab infrastructure, managed equipment intake and inventory, performed extended stress testing across multiple hardware revisions, and documented all results with full traceability. The testing protocols required rigorous environmental controls and precise documentation standards.

Scope: Test lab setup and configuration, equipment intake and inventory, multi-week stress and compliance testing, detailed performance documentation, and secure equipment handling.

Outcome: Testing completed ahead of schedule, identifying critical performance thresholds that informed the client’s production deployment decisions.
