What We Do
- Equipment Installation & Mounting: We install servers, switches, routers, patch panels, PDUs, UPS units, and other rack-mount equipment according to manufacturer specifications and your deployment plan.
- Structured Cabling & Cable Management: Every installation includes proper cable routing through vertical and horizontal managers, with consistent dressing, Velcro bundling, and service-loop management for future maintainability.
- Power Configuration & Distribution: We configure power connections across A/B feeds, verify redundancy, validate circuit loads, and ensure proper power sequencing for each device in the rack.
- Labeling & Documentation: All ports, cables, and devices are labeled using a consistent naming convention. We provide as-built documentation including rack elevation diagrams, cable schedules, and port maps.
- Post-Installation Testing: After physical installation, we perform connectivity checks, power-on verification, and baseline testing to confirm that every device is operational before handoff to your engineering team.
- Airflow & Thermal Management: We install blanking panels, manage hot/cold aisle containment, and position equipment to optimize airflow — reducing cooling costs and preventing thermal hotspots.
- Bench Setup for Staging Environments: We design and build dedicated bench areas for pre-staging, burn-in testing, and imaging — complete with power, networking, and tool access for efficient workflows.
